Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the safety of the swim participants
- Work hours as scheduled
- Submits completed time on time
- Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled
- Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
- Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
- All other duties as assigned and appropriate.

- American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR & AED
- Ability to positively interact with the general public.
- Submission of PA School Personnel Health form.
- Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances.
