Lifeguard – Part Time
Pay: $12–$13 per hour

The YMCA is seeking responsible, alert, and safety-focused Lifeguards to join our Aquatics team. Lifeguards play a critical role in maintaining safe swimming conditions, preventing accidents, and responding to emergencies in accordance with YMCA standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively monitor the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.

Enforce safety rules and respond quickly to emergencies.

Perform routine safety checks, water tests, and equipment inspections.

Build positive relationships with members, staff, and participants.

Support cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and facility.
Qualifications:

Minimum age: 15.

Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer with AED & First Aid.

Ability to stay alert, respond quickly, and demonstrate lifeguard skills.
