• Create and modify patterns and core boxes based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure patterns meet dimensional and geometric tolerances using various measurement equipment.
• Build, mount, rig, and set up pattern equipment with precision and accuracy.
• Perform heavy lifting and utilize impact wrenches and drills to complete tasks effectively.

• Strong proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of pattern-making materials, tools, and techniques.
• Attention to detail and precision, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Capability to repetitively lift up to 100 lbs. and work around extreme temperatures.
• Reliable attendance, flexibility in working hours, and a team-oriented mindset.
