At MVS Metals, we run a fast-paced manufacturing operation — and we need a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities performing at their best. This is a hands-on, high-impact role on a 4-day work week, where your skills directly determine whether production runs smoothly or grinds to a halt.

The Details
- Starting pay: [Competitive — TBD based on experience]
- Hours: Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Schedule: 4-day work week
- Home by early afternoon every day
What You'll Do
- Perform and track preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize production downtime
- Work closely with production management to schedule and coordinate repairs without disrupting operations
- Train and support operators on proper equipment use and safe practices
- Assist with capital projects, new equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
What We're Looking For
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Team player with solid communication skills — you work well with production staff and management alike
- Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs attention
