What are the responsibilities and job description for the PAINT LINE PRODUCTION WORKER position at Owen Industries?
- Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
- Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating
- Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies
- Keep your workspace clean and safe while contributing to an efficient production line
- Strength and stamina—able to lift and move heavy materials safely throughout your shift
- A keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence in everything you do
- Experience with powder coating? That’s a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is helpful
- Stable schedule with 3-day weekends
