At PV Finishing, quality is built into every step of our powder coating process — including the hands that hang, inspect, and move every part through our line. We’re looking for a Paint Line Product Handler who takes pride in precision, moves with purpose, and shows up consistently.

Fair warning: it’s warm in here. If you’ve ever wanted to work somewhere with a built-in sauna, you’ve found it. But if you can handle the heat and deliver quality work on a 4-day schedule, we’ll make it worth your while — including a $2.00/hr shift differential.

The Details

• Starting pay: $18.00–$21.00/hr depending on experience
• Shift differential: $2.00/hr — bringing your effective rate to $20–$23/hr
• Hours: Mon–Thu, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Schedule: 4-day work week — 3-day weekends, every week
• Occasional Friday OT available as workload permits

What You’ll Do

• Hang and unhang parts with care and precision following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
• Ensure proper spacing and positioning on the line for even, consistent coating coverage
• Inspect each piece for quality issues — light spots, drips, inconsistencies — and flag anything that doesn’t make the cut
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Support the team to keep production on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance — this one is non-negotiable. The line doesn’t hang parts by itself.
• Strength and stamina to lift and move heavy materials repeatedly throughout the shift
• Sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality
• Safety-conscious and committed to following procedures
• Powder coating experience is a plus — we’ll train the right candidate
