What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRANE OPERATOR- 2nd Shift position at Owen Industries?
Hours: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am M-TH with OT available as needed
Pay: $23 - 28/HR $2.00 Shift Differential
Training- 1st shift working 7:30 am - 4:00 pm M-F for 3-4 weeks
BONUS- $250 after Hire Date, $750 after 90 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,000 after 1 year- TOTAL $3,000
- Operate overhead cranes & remote controls safely to move and position materials
- Work closely with a talented team to support production goals
- Be a key player in quality control and efficiency
- Grow your skills with on-the-job training and development
- Assist the Laser Operator with stacking and loading the correct materials
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Experience with overhead crane operation (remote control preferred) working with 15-30 Ton Cranes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
