Your day as a bi-lingual bEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
As a Part-Time Bi-Lingual Behavior Technician at Owen Health Care Inc., you will leverage your successful behavioral therapy experience and your background working with children to make a lasting impact on our clients. Your understanding of child and adolescent growth, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively relate to parents, management, and health and social service agencies. You will play a crucial role in developing and communicating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all agency regulations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining required documentation and implementing behavior management principles according to state licensing policies.
Additionally, you will facilitate onsite and field training sessions while demonstrating empathy and effective listening skills.
