Site IT Leader
Owen Daniels is currently partnered with a world leader in aerospace technology. They are a global brand who covers the full lifecycle of aircraft components, including design, manufacturing, and in-service support. They are currently seeking an Site IT Leader to operate as a hands-on leader for a 300 employee manufacturing facility.
This position will lead a small team and cover both end user support requirements and act as the primary SME for ERP and BI, translating needs of manufacturing operations into solutions.
Job Summary
- Act as the primary subject matter experience for the ERP system, turning manufacturing needs into clear requirements and solutions.
- Operate as the central point for projects, prioritizing demand and balancing resources to align priorities.
- Manage and execute complex digital/IT projects, providing direct functional and technical support to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to secure buy-in and drive alignment.
Required and Desirable Experience
- 4- year University Degree
- Demonstrated IT experience within manufacturing
- Strong ERP experience, ideally SAP
- Experienced with Power BI and SQL to aid data analysis
