Program Recovery Manager
Owen Daniels is currently partnered with a world leader in aerospace technology. They are a global brand who covers the full lifecycle of aircraft components, including design, manufacturing, and in-service support. They are currently seeking a customer focused Program Recovery Manager to operate as the primary customer contact for high value, commercial Aerospace programs.
Job Summary
- Act as the voice of the customer, balancing demand against supply to set fulfilment priorities.
- Build and drive recovery plans that return the division to on-time delivery.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to get credible, timely information for customers.
- Set recovery milestones and flag risks and issues early.
- Present recovery plans to customers with confidence and clarity.
- Be the escalation point for customer calls and reviews, keeping issues from reaching senior leadership.
- Rebuild trust with customer leadership as recovery progresses.
- Support production and material planning, including the S&OP process.
- Prepare reports, charts and presentations that show recovery progress.
- Coordinate customer leadership visits focused on delivery performance.
Required and Desirable Experience
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
- 4- year University Degree
- Demonstrated program or customer management experience within Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing
- Excellent customer-facing experience, including contractual negotiations and senior stakeholder interaction
