FP&A Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis
Owen Daniels is currently partnered with a world leader in aerospace technology. They are a global brand who covers the full lifecycle of aircraft components, including design, manufacturing, and in-service support. They are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager based out of their Akron facility to lead a team and serve as an advisor to the group.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Leading FP&A activities for a multi-site division with approximately $1b revenue
- Act as a key leader and advisor, participating in long-term strategy whilst providing key reporting and insights
- Manage strategic direction for financial planning and analysis, alongside developing and interpreting financial reporting to advise the business and leaders
- Creation of group policies and guidelines to interpret business requirements and translate into clear strategies for success
- Maintain and develop financial reporting and monitoring systems to support business requirements, alongside internal and external compliance and statutory reporting requirements
FP&A Manager - Essential/Desirable Experience Required
- 10 years experience within FP&A
- Ideally from Aerospace or manufacturing
- Substantial experience leading people/teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher essential, MBA preferred
- Power BI experience desirable
