They are a global brand who covers the full lifecycle of aircraft components, including design, manufacturing, and in-service support. They are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager based out of their Akron facility to lead a team and serve as an advisor to the group.Key Duties/ResponsibilitiesLeading FP&A activities for a multi-site division with approximately $1b revenueAct as a key leader and advisor, participating in long-term strategy whilst providing key reporting and insightsManage strategic direction for financial planning and analysis, alongside developing and interpreting financial reporting to advise the business and leadersCreation of group policies and guidelines to interpret business requirements and translate into clear strategies for successMaintain and develop financial reporting and monitoring systems to support business requirements, alongside internal and external compliance and statutory reporting requirementsFP&A Manager - Essential/Desirable Experience Required10 years experience within FP&AIdeally from Aerospace or manufacturingSubstantial experience leading people/teamsBachelor's degree or higher essential, MBA preferredPower BI experience desirableKey DetailsCompetitive salary and bonusGenerous PTO and 13 paid public holidays401(k) matchComprehensive health benefits including paid parental leaveOn-site position in Akron, OH (1 day WFH)U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
