What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Technician position at Owen Brothers?
What You’ll Do:
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments safely and effectively
- Operate handheld sprayers, ride-on equipment, and spray trucks
- Load, transport, and handle materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Drive company truck and trailer as needed
- Evaluate lawns and landscapes to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Keep accurate records of applications and services performed
- Work alongside crew members to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or pest control is required
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- English speaking required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Competitive hourly pay: $23.00 – $30.00 based on experience
