Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to join our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a small crew on daily landscaping tasks
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping and crew supervision preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving a truck and trailer
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
