Duties
- Lead and manage multiple operational units, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards of excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability across all locations.
- Analyze profit and loss statements regularly to identify opportunities for cost control, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
- Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational metrics for informed decision making.
- Supervise and develop regional management teams through coaching, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing customer bases.
- Implement lean management principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Oversee project management initiatives aimed at process improvement, technology integration, or facility upgrades.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting teamwork, accountability, and innovative thinking among staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all units.
Experience
- Pawn/firearms retail and compliance experience
- Proven experience in multi-unit management or overseeing multiple locations with a focus on operational excellence. Or large volume single store experience
- Strong background in management with demonstrated success in leading large teams at the executive level.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for tracking performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Extensive experience in strategic management, including planning, execution, and profit & loss analysis.
- Skilled in team development with a track record of building high-performing teams through coaching and leadership training.
- Knowledge of lean management techniques and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in business development initiatives that drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively from inception to completion within budget constraints.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff, foster collaboration, and promote a positive work environment.
