Multi-Clean, a fast-growing Commercial Janitorial Company established in 1993, is hiring a Floor Technician Supervisor.
Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Floor Technician Supervisor to lead our floor care team and ensure that all facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train floor technicians in all aspects of hard floor and carpet care.
- Schedule and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly floor maintenance tasks.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and safety compliance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding project status and needs.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.
- Management Experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends if required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass background and drug test.
