FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
CPA firm currently hiring a full time experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle accounts for multiple clients. Must be detail oriented with good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Required Skills:
- Must have experience with full charge bookkeeping
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Must know the basic accounting principles, including:
- debits and credits
- preparing journal entries to maintain an accurate general ledger
- preparing financial statements
- processing employees’ timesheets and managing payroll
- preparing quarterly and annual payroll reports
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products – mainly Excel, Word and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
