Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via EMR system
- Operate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for check-ins, charting, and billing
- Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, and route messages appropriately
- Collect patient intake forms and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with basic social media content creation, posting, and engagement
- Help with light marketing tasks, such as newsletters or event promotions
Qualifications
- 1 year of front desk or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR software (e.g. Symplast, Kareo, Jane, or similar)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Bonus: Experience in content creation or digital marketing
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish or English/Chinese)
Schedule
- Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
- Flexibility for morning or afternoon shifts preferred (clinic open weekdays and Saturdays)
