About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Summer Camp Director to join our team at Overtime Athletics DMV in Reston, VA. This full-time, seasonal position offers the opportunity to lead and create memorable experiences for children in a fun and energetic environment. Our summer camps are Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm for about 9 weeks during the summer.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily camp activities and schedules
- Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service
- Manage camp logistics and inventory
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Teacher's License Preferred
