Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Instructor located in Charleston, SC. The Instructor will be responsible for leading and engaging youth in various programs, including After School Programs, Summer Camps, and Clinics. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, providing instruction and guidance, and maintaining a positive and energetic environment. The Instructor will also communicate with parents and school staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading and organizing youth activities, including After School Programs and Camps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and school staff
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement fun and safe activities
- Passion for working with children and promoting a positive, energetic environment
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Education, Physical Education, or related field is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
