Sales Representative – Overland Trailers

Duties

• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships.
• Own the sales process from first contact to signed deal
• Qualify serious buyers and close custom trailer sales
• Educate customers on features, options, and upgrades
• Present pricing and customization packages confidently
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Represent the company at trade shows and events
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Skills

• Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, trailers, equipment, or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Confident closer who understands the sales process
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Strong management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused mindset to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
