Pay range:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred. Masters of Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or Juris Doctor (JD) degree is desirable.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington State is required. Certified Professional Health Care Risk Management (“CPHRM”), or equivalent, by the ASHRM, required within one-year of hire.
- Three years clinical OR healthcare risk management experience required. Hospital or ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare related regulations and risk management program best practices.
- Advanced computer skills required (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects and issues. Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability and confidence to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to demonstrate strong people skills and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Presentation and writing skills to prepare and organize media for delivery of reports and education to physicians, Senior Officers, Board of Trustees and other stakeholders.
- Experience with maintaining confidentiality of patient and business information. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive communications with physicians, Senior Officers, Board of Trustees and other stakeholders, as well as legal counsel.

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
