Core Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and marketing advisor.
- Collaborate with internal strategists and senior leadership to develop and present multi-channel, insight-driven marketing plans.
- Champion client growth with a CMO mindset—help define success metrics, evaluate performance, and guide continual improvement.
- Proactively identify and solve business and marketing challenges using a mix of creative thinking, data analysis, and tool-based solutions.
- Leverage modern technologies—including AI, automation tools, and mar-tech platforms—to scale content, analyze insights, and streamline workflows.
- Lead client onboarding and campaign execution, managing short- and long-term strategic plans across creative, media, digital, and production.
- Support and shape the development of deliverables including briefs, media plans, messaging frameworks, content calendars, and strategic reports.
- Map customer journeys, segment audiences, and plan content experiences with personalization and performance in mind.
- Drive internal collaboration to ensure work is aligned, on-budget, and on-time—with a focus on both creative impact and business results.
- Serve as the bridge between client goals and internal execution—keeping work focused, relevant, and high-performing.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through new services, strategic initiatives, or campaign expansions.
- Stay sharp: Maintain current knowledge of client industries, emerging media, audience behavior, digital trends, and the evolving role of AI.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a minimum of three days in-office, at Overit, and two days with a WFH option.
Requirements
- 3 years in an account or strategy role within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
- 2 years leading marketing strategy across channels including content, paid media, social, and digital.
- A strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, brand storytelling, and performance metrics.Fluency in modern tools—analytics platforms, CRMs, automation, and AI-driven content or research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney).
- Clear, confident communication—both with clients and internal teams.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, scopes of work, and expectations across multiple accounts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred (but not required if your experience speaks volumes).

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
