Overit is seeking a sharp, strategic, and curious Account Strategist to join our full-service digital agency. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with talented creatives, media pros, and developers while guiding modern marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and marketing advisor for assigned clients, cultivating trust and delivering strategic value.
- Partner with senior strategists and creative leads to build and present integrated marketing plans across digital, media, content, and creative.
- Define success metrics and apply a CMO-like mindset to evaluating and optimizing campaign performance.
- Proactively identify and solve business and marketing challenges using insights, tools, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Guide campaign execution from onboarding through launch and optimization, ensuring strategic alignment, timeline adherence, and budget integrity.
- Translate business goals into briefs, scopes, content calendars, messaging maps, media plans, and other deliverables.
- Champion the customer journey—helping map touchpoints, personalize content, and improve experiences across channels.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to deliver smart, high-impact work.
- Use modern tools, including AI platforms, analytics dashboards, and automation tools, to enhance research, speed up processes, and inform recommendations.
- Track industry trends, client verticals, and the evolving marketing and technology landscape to fuel smarter strategies.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and lead smaller pitches or proposals in partnership with leadership.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a minimum of three days in-office, at Overit, and two days with a WFH option.
Requirements
- 3 years in a client-facing account or strategy role in an agency or marketing environment.
- 2 years leading and executing marketing plans across creative, media, and digital.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with or enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper), analytics platforms, CRMs, and modern ad tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager).
