We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial sales. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has a strong track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. You should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, facility managers and property managers. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the flexibility to travel locally and regionally for business purposes, you are the person we are looking for.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial sales.
Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel by car and airplane to various locations for business purposes.
In-depth knowledge of commercial door, dock & security products.
