Overbrook Landing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable and organized Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee daily business office operations. This role is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, compliance, and administrative functions while providing excellent service to residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Manage business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination

Ensure accurate and timely billing for Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and insurance plans

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances

Work with Admissions to verify insurance and financial eligibility

Assist residents and families with billing questions and payment arrangements

Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Support Medicaid applications and ongoing eligibility tracking

Maintain organized records for audits and surveys

Supervise and support business office staff
Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a business office or healthcare financial role

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing

Strong organizational and communication skills
