CareCore at Mary Scott, a historic and beautifully maintained 102-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team full time. This is an onsite position.
Position Summary:
The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all business office functions, including:
Maintenance of resident payer sources
Medicaid application processing
Collection of patient liability and private pay balances
Census management
Insurance updates
Management of resident trust funds
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of business office experience in a long-term care setting
Prior experience with Medicaid applications required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
