About the Role
The Wholesale Sales Associate is responsible for selling women’s and men’s Team Apparel lines including WEAR by Erin Andrews, and Darius Rucker for NFL. Team apparel lines cover NFL, NBA, NHL, and NCAA. Customers include Fanatics, Kohls, Lids, Team Stadium Stores, Barnes & Nobles on campus bookstores. This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
How You’ll Contribute
- Supporting sales director & external sales reps in order processing
- Checking orders for accuracy
- Customer item setup forms
- Partner/communicate with production team to ensure customer orders are passed to production swiftly and accurately
- Communicate customer driven design changes to both design and production teams
- Send samples to customers
- Work with marketing dept to get web images and send to customers
- Market Prep
- Prepare sales catalogs
- Create price lists
- Reports
- Prepare and circulate weekly selling reports
- Prepare and circulate Available to Sell Inventory reports
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 2-years in wholesale sales role
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fluent in ms excel

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
