About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented self-starter to join our growing team. This individual will work directly with the President of our Amazon division. The sales assistant will be responsible for supporting management with all back-office work, with opportunities to work with the customer. Great opportunity for growth!
How You’ll Contribute
- Handling all PO’s – tracking orders and ensuring they are shipped in a timely manner
- Responsible for pulling weekly selling reports & creating a summary of business by category
- Consolidating weekly sales reports into monthly & quarterly reports
- Coordinating sample requests and sample send outs (including tagging, assortment files, etc.)
- Pulling samples and getting them ready for photoshoots
- Preparing customer presentations
- Helping with product selection and merchandising
What You Bring to the Team
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly - reflecting an appropriate sense of urgency with all levels of management and collaboration every step of the way
- Experience in Apparel business
- Ability to collaborate well with cross functional partners
- Adapt with ease to changing priorities
- Reprioritize workload to meet deadlines as business needs require
- Advanced computer skills: Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Experience working with Blue Cherry a plus
- Amazon experience a plus
