Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is seeking a Truck Leasing & Rental Administrative Assistant to support our leasing and rental team by managing contracts, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting customers, maintaining accurate records, assisting with rental and lease documentation, and helping deliver exceptional service to commercial trucking clients throughout the New York City area. Our ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and customer-focused, with previous administrative, leasing, rental, transportation, logistics, or office experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain truck leasing and rental agreements accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with rental reservations, lease documentation, and vehicle availability
• Coordinate truck deliveries, returns, inspections, and related paperwork
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for leases, rentals, registrations, and customer files
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal departments regarding vehicle status and account updates
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative reporting as needed
• Support the leasing and rental team with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Help improve workflow efficiency and customer service processes within the department
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Administrative, leasing, rental, transportation, logistics, office experience, trucking, or technical environment with strong attention to detail and organization preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with service management software is a plus.
