IT Asset Specialist

Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)
Organization: Global Technology Operations – End User Computing / Depot Operations
Reports to: Depot / Fulfillment Leadership

Role Summary

The IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, staging, deployment, and fulfillment of end-user IT assets. This role ensures devices and peripherals are accurately configured, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance across depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

·         Fulfill hardware requests including laptops, monitors, and peripherals

·         Stage, image, and configure devices per standard build requirements

·         Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow

·         Pick, pack, and ship assets with accurate documentation

·         Maintain inventory accuracy including row, bin, shelf, and substate updates

·         Perform intake and restocking of returned assets

·         Partner with RTI and HAM teams to support asset lifecycle accuracy

·         Conduct routine inventory audits

·         Support bulk fulfillment initiatives

·         Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

Required Qualifications

·         2 years of experience in IT asset fulfillment or depot operations

·         Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

·         Familiarity with imaging and device configuration

·         Strong organizational and inventory management skills

·         Ability to lift and move IT equipment

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills
