Utility Project- part time
Shift: PM
Location: Ovation Communities — Jewish Home & Care Center
Ovation Communities is seeking a Utility Project person who is responsible for general facilities cleanliness (picking up recycling, bulk garbage, etc.) as well as general facilities room set up and office moves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers all radio calls promptly
- Waste and recycling collection (entire campus)
- Vacuuming of corridor floors on units
- Rooms/apt furniture moves
- Office moves
- Event set up / tear down

- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) year experience in residential or commercial cleaning or willingness to learn. Competent in the use of standard cleaning tools (vacuum, duster, mops, etc.).
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
- Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion
- Read, write and speak the English language
