Our Maintenance Technicians/Plant Operations Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of repairs through out the facility. This includes regular PM's on equipment, equipment maintenance and completing daily work requests. This position does have on-call responsibilities with some weekends and holidays and odd hours for snow removal.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of general maintenance experience or handyman experience
- Previous work at a hospital or senior living center preferred
- Comfortable performing tasks that require some knowledge in all areas of maintenance
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
