Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
