Ovation Communities is seeking a CNA to perform direct resident care, assists with activities of daily living and provide a safe environment for the residents to in live in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works alone giving total care or assists residents with bed bath, tub bath or shower, perineal care
- Dental, hair, nail, shaving, dressing, and undressing, applications of make-up, hearing aids and eyeglasses.
- Elimination needs providing for and changing protective padding, toileting by offering bedpan, urinal or taking to bathroom, Foley catheter cares.
- Ambulating, transferring, positioning by using assistive devices such as walker, wheelchair, Hoyer lift, gait belt or lift sheets.
- Answer all call lights promptly.
- Encourages active participation of residents in meeting their needs by promoting individualized, restorative care, attending activities, council meetings, and family involvement.

Qualifications:Experience: Long term care experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Other: CNA Certification
Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.
Read, write and speak the English language.
