Office Coordinator / Administrative Support – Oval Tennis, Inc.
Location: Brewster, NY | Full-Time | Pay: From $21.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Administrative Support professional to manage high-volume customer communications, support management, and ensure smooth office operations. This is a fast-paced, full-time role requiring professionalism, strong communication, and a sense of ownership over your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the voice of the company: manage phone lines, answer inquiries, and maintain a professional presence with clients.
- Work directly with management on contracts, work orders, and documentation.
- Manage new and repeat account contacts, assign to sales team members, follow up on proposals, and maintain detailed records.
- Data entry and maintenance in Excel and Outlook.
- Support staff with scheduling, research (materials, trucking, lodging), and administrative needs.
- Revise and update templates, pricing, and procedures as needed.
- Generate weekly schedules in coordination with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanor, excellent time management, and efficiency.
- Self-starter, dependable, and meticulous.
- Comfortable managing high call volumes across multiple lines.
- Knowledge of the NY, CT, NJ region helpful.
Preferred Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
