Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA teams including manual and automation testers.
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Drive automation framework adoption and continuous testing initiatives.
- Monitor QA metrics, test coverage, and release quality.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC/STLC processes.
- Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify process gaps and implement quality improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, risk assessment, and production readiness reviews.
- Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 35 years in QA leadership/management roles.
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams preferred.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like:
