You will provide advanced technical support, implement network upgrades, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal network performance for end users and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN networks.
- Monitor network performance and resolve issues related to latency, connectivity, and security.
- Install, upgrade, and manage network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security protocols.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and root cause analysis for network-related incidents.
- Maintain documentation for network infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migration projects.
- Work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and product support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network equipment.
- Familiarity with firewall and security technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network , or equivalent.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SD-WAN solutions.
