Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development across all project phases
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
- Address design changes and resolve technical issues
- Maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support client presentations and approvals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (preferred/required depending on region)
- 510 years of professional architectural experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience with sustainable design practices (LEED or similar is a plus)
