Project Architect — High-Rise Residential & Mixed-Use

We are a Brooklyn-based architecture firm focused on high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across NYC, with buildings up to 50 stories. Our clients are experienced developers, and our work is complex and fast-paced.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership and run projects with minimal hand-holding.
What You’ll Own
- Full project lifecycle: SD through CA — manage timeline, team, and deliverables
- NYC zoning and DOB compliance — including residential towers and ground-floor retail
- Revit/BIM standards — maintain and elevate production quality
- Developer coordination — direct, high-level client communication
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Strong Revit skills and BIM fluency
- Solid understanding of NYC Zoning Resolution and DOB processes
- Experience with high-rise residential or mixed-use projects in NYC
- Highly organized, accountable, and clear communicator
Compensation & Benefits
