Our teams are flat and autonomous: engineers ship fast, make product decisions, and own outcomes from concept to deployment. We optimize for grit velocity, which means every engineer operates with the scope, influence, and equity of a future CTO.

What you’ll achieve
- Contribute to the whole platform - whether it’s in the BE where you tinker with agent framework that achieves all complex tasks or the FE where you make our incredibly powerful workflows simple & intuitive.

- Proven track record of execution: 2 years experience as software engineer building world class products.
- Thoughtful problem solver: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You think critically about the implications of your decisions, and are able to consider both the business and the technical tradeoffs of your solutions.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you’re not ideological, can learn new technologies and are receptive to new ideas.
- Organized and self-sufficient: You are comfortable managing yourself, navigate ambiguity and finding ways to create impact.
- Owner of your mission: You are a owner of the products that you create, meaning you take pride in the quality, maintenance and understandability of the products you build and the code you write.
- You have experience working in a high growth early stage startup.
- You have experience building agents, or fine-tuning LLMs to accomplish complex tasks.
- You have experience in building large scale content indexing systems.
- You’ve built apps or are familiar with our stack - NextJS, React, Typescript, tRPC, Vercel, Postgres.
