We are looking for a mid-to- Senior level Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new mid-sized U.S. clients (100–1,000 employees) and building strategic partnerships. This role focuses on promoting International Employee Outsourcing as the core service, along with RPO, PEO, and EOR solutions, helping businesses streamline costs, manage growth efficiently, and optimize their workforce with top onshore and nearshore talent.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and close new mid-market clients with annual deal sizes ranging from \$100K to \$1M.
- Partnership Development: Build and manage referral relationships with consultants, staffing firms, and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).
- Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and position OSI’s solutions as cost-effective, scalable workforce strategies.
- International Exposure: Demonstrate a desire to gain exposure to international business, including occasional international travel for client meetings or industry events.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sophisticated B2B sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining corporate clients with a focus on RPO, EOR, PEO, and Outsourcing Services.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- RPO Sales: Drive the sale of our new RPO services, demonstrating a strong understanding of volume-based, core talent acquisition, and talent-on-demand models
- Proactive generating leads through advanced cold outreach techniques, strategic networking, and targeted prospecting.
- Pioneer initiatives to penetrate untapped markets and introduce groundbreaking service offerings in partnership with the COO and key stakeholders.
- Experience: 5–7 years in B2B sales or business development (outsourcing, staffing, or related services preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to close mid-market deals (\$100K–\$1M annually).
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in international business and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Mastery in navigating intricate sales processes that involve diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills tailored to engaging with top-level executives and organizational leaders.
- Capacity to excel in fast-paced, transformative business environments while managing competing priorities.
