Schedule: 5 Days a week, Must be available Nights and Weekends

Who We Are
We’re an independent pizza shop that takes pride in doing things the right way — by hand and with heart. Our pizzas are made with a naturally fermented sourdough crust, cooked in a traditional high heat Italian Pizza Oven, and built with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
We work in an open kitchen, right in front of our customers — so what we do, how we move, and how we treat each other matters just as much as what ends up on the plate.
The Role
A skilled pizza-maker who loves working with their hands, respects the craft of cooking, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. If you've got experience with Neapolitan-style, sourdough, or wood-fired ovens, that’s a huge plus — but more than anything, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for good food.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Stretching, topping, and firing sourdough pizzas
- Managing oven temps, rotation, and timing to ensure perfect baking of pizzas
- Closing the shop after the shift (i.e. cleaning and getting the space ready for opening shift)
- Keeping the open kitchen clean, organized, and presentable
- Communicating clearly with your team to keep things running smoothly
- Pitching in wherever needed — whether it’s dishes, prep, or helping a teammate
Who You Are
- **AN EXPERIENCED PIZZA MAKER**
- A true team player — you show up on time, ready to help, and bring good energy to the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and staying calm under pressure
- Ideally experienced with Neapolitan, sourdough and wood-fired cooking (or similar ovens)
- Clean, efficient, and mindful — both in your work and your workspace
- Friendly and respectful — you're working in front of guests, and we want that to feel welcoming
