What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizza Maker/Line Prep Cook position at Abo's Pizza?
Are you a go-getter with a positive attitude? Do you like making money Tips? Do you LOVE NEW YORK PIZZA? Then Abo's pizza is the place you should be working. If you have a good attitude and are eager and willing to work hard, this is the place for you. All applicants are welcome and we are happy to train a fast learner with a positive attitude but REALLY prefer someone with experience stretching dough and food prep.
Pizza Maker Expectations:
- Set up the pizza line for service
- Stretching Dough and food prep
- Read food order slips and/or receive verbal instructions of the order
- Prepare and cook the food according to order/instructions
- Will follow all health department and company food safety policies
- Preparing pizzas, sandwiches, salads and other menu items according to established guidelines in a quick service atmosphere
- Working closely with other kitchen and front of house team members
- POS knowledge Preferred (Not Required but must be fast learner)
- Cashier duties on occasion
- Having a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends on a regular basis.
- Show up to work on time for scheduled shifts including snow days
-Other duties as assigned
Position is Full Time or Part Time. Must be able to work multiple shifts including weekends.
