What is Outset?
Outset (joinoutset.com) is an education startup based in New York, NY. We build experiential summer programs focused on career exploration for high school and college students. Our team is remote.
Job Responsibilities
The VP, Operations will help Outset manage our program operations across the United States. This will involve managing people, processes, budgets and data. More details will be provided in interviews. The role will report to senior management at Outset.
Who We are Looking For
We are looking for a VP, Operations with 10 years of operations and management experience, a clear interest in startups & entrepreneurship, a commitment to personal growth and development, and strong evidence of resilience, character, and work ethic. Successful candidates will demonstrate strengths in organized, data-oriented thinking, a proficiency with numbers and basic finance (P&L, budgets), and excellent people management skills.
