As the Staffing Specialist for Outreach Health, you are responsible for overseeing the acquisition of quality candidates, confirming their qualifications, and placing them into open roles at Outreach Health. This position will process applications, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process of the candidate, assisting with all parts in their transition to a successful working relationship with Outreach. You will be an integral part of the Care Team to ensure clients are staffed with a well-matched caregiver. This position will also build a professional network, using multiple avenues to reach qualified candidates.

What you'll be doing?
- Process applications, schedule interviews, and manage all new hire documents including background pieces throughout the hiring process until the start date.
- Manages job postings to ensure current positions in each location are posted timely as well as closing all positions once filled.
- Provides skills assessments for all positions requiring this testing for the determination of the best potential candidate.
- Manage the onboarding process assisting the candidate with any questions and technical assistance.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal laws relating to background and E-Verify compliance.
- Provides weekly and monthly reports detailing pertinent recruiting and onboarding statistical data.
- Effectively network and research all job search opportunities for the area you are responsible for.
- Works collaboratively with the Administrator and office staff to ensure accurate knowledge of open positions and candidate matching to clients.
- Works strategically with management and Human Resources concerning onboarding and hiring issues as well as caregiver retention initiatives.
- Continuously grow and build a strong talent pipeline and help hire qualified employees for open positions.
- Leveraging recruiting tools such as: ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other various online job boards as well as local recruiting events.
- Working with Administrators and Employee Experience to develop a talent acquisition strategy and strong candidate pipeline for sustainable, steady growth.
- Communicate with candidates, execute follow-up strategies, and fill vacancies in a reasonable, agreed-on timeframe.
- Adjust job advertising procedures and content as needed.
- Work with the marketing team to build content such as blogs and videos that are helpful in the recruiting and sourcing processes.
- Participates in the development, implementation, maintenance and enforcement of onboarding processes, policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reaches out to recently hired employees fostering that relationship, assisting with job satisfaction and retention.
- Contacts terminated employees to attempt to retain exit interview information.
- Ensure proper recruitment and onboarding processes are in place that provides a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Be a champion who models the values of Outreach Health for a positive working culture.
- Know and follow Company policies and procedures.
- Work with integrity; eliminating fraud, waste and abuse of funds.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Administrator.
