Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the greater Phoenix/Mesa area, for an Area Supervisor/Marketer. The individual in this role will oversee daily operations across multiple areas, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering exceptional services. Responsibilities include supervising caregivers, monitoring performance, identifying and implementing improvement strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. The role also involves developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise caregivers and ensure operational excellence
- Experience in marketing strategies, campaign development, and brand promotion
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management with both clients and team members
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and implement improvement measures
- Experience with healthcare services, operations, or a related field is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within designated areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
