We're Hiring: Commercial Sales Manager (1099) – Artificial Turf Industry

Artificial Turf Supply, a subsidiary of Outova, is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to drive national business development, build strategic customer relationships, and expand our commercial presence across the artificial turf industry.

If you have a proven track record selling into municipalities, athletic facilities, schools, contractors, developers, commercial landscaping, or parks & recreation, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and grow strategic commercial accounts nationwide

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry relationships

• Manage complex commercial projects from opportunity to completion

• Partner with leadership to expand our national commercial sales strategy

• Serve as a trusted advisor on artificial turf systems and commercial solutions

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 5 years of commercial B2B sales experience in the artificial turf industry

• Strong relationships with installers, contractors, architects, municipalities, schools, or sports organizations

• Proven success developing strategic accounts and closing complex commercial projects

• Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales technology (AI experience is a plus!)

Compensation

• Monthly retainer commission

• Realistic first-year earning potential of up to $150,000

Remote / In-Field – Manage your own territory, customer meetings, and business development activities with flexibility.
