Scope of jobs:
Caulk and fill trim
Covering and masking of areas the do not get painted
Cut in walls cleanly and efficiently
Proper sanding
Cleaning and keeping a clean job site
Eye for details and not missing things
Rolling walls to apply smooth even finish
Ability to spray is a plus
