We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all items are packaged accurately and efficiently according to company and safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Package products according to work orders, specifications, and quality standards
- Inspect products for defects, accuracy, and proper labeling
- Monitor packaging line performance and report issues or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
- Assist with material handling, line setup, and changeovers as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus (not required)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pay: $21.70 - $26.10 per hour
